All returned items must be unused, factory new, and returned in the original packaging with all manufacturer paperwork, accessories, and invoice included. Returns without authorization may be refused.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If an order qualified for free shipping and is later returned, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
Customized, engraved, personalized, clearance, final-sale, or special-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives with an issue caused by us, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and make it right.
Defective unused merchandise may be eligible for replacement within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30 days, warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer.
Items returned incomplete, used, damaged, or without original packaging may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
